Firstly, we would like to say Hi and welcome to our online baby store. Please proceed to either Sign In to your existing account or to Register as a New Customer. There are many benefits to be gained by becoming a VIP member. All our VIP registered members often receive special discounts and offers on products that are not already discounted. If you are an existing customer and are having trouble Signing In/Logging In because you have forgotten your password, please follow the prompt below to have your password recent. If you still can not login please either call us or Register a New Account.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship the majority of our items via Australia Post, Fastway Couriers and TNT. Most of our items are traceable with tracking numbers.

You are able to track your item on the postal service’s websites that your items have been sent with.

Fastway Couriers - http://www.fastway.com.au/

If you are within NSW it generally takes 2-3 working days before you receive your items unless they are out of stock. All other states will take a few more days.

If you are not at home at the time of delivery you will be left a card inside your mailbox requesting you to contact the postal service or pick up at your local post office.

When your item is dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number and the company it has been dispatched with.

For security purposes all items must be signed for and cannot be left at your premises without a signature.

On the very rare occasion that a parcel may go missing we need to lodge an investigation with the courier company. This investigation can take 5-10 working days for the courier company to complete.

If you have received anything that is not correct, faulty or damaged please call us on (02) 48444441 and we will discuss how to rectify this as quickly and as smoothly as possible for you.

For larger items such as furniture or a mattress they will be dispatched with TNT couriers as they are too large or heavy for Australia Post or Fastway Couriers.

Please ensure upon arrival of your delivery you check each box carefully and ensure there is no visible damage. Carefully check each carton corner for impact damage. If you can see damages please advise the driver before you sign for the items.

Once you have signed for your items you will have 24 hours from drop off to open up and check that all items are in new condition. If there are any damages you must email us with photos of the products and boxes within the 24 hours period.
